Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment.
We understand that unanticipated events may occur and you may need to reschedule/cancel your appointment. No worries! Communication is key and your stylist values that. You can reach out via text or call 973-842-9987 to make any necessary changes. **Please be aware of the policies before booking:
•Deposits are completely NON-REFUNDABLE
• If the appointment is rescheduled 2 days in advance, the deposit is transferable
• Failure to reschedule or cancel BEFORE the 48hr time frame will result in a NEW required deposit for new appointments
• LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS (less than 48hr notice) WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE SERVICE
• NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL SERVICE AMOUNT (Upon booking, client has agreed to these terms)
• Clients that show up with hair not prepped as instructed when booking, will be charged an additional $50 to their service.
• We extend a 10 min grace period to each client; any time past will be an added charge of $25 to service.
